Project Overview:
Wallz is a React Native wallpaper app designed to provide users with a seamless experience in discovering, downloading, and personalizing their device backgrounds. With a growing collection of high-quality, curated wallpapers, Wallz makes it easy to browse, filter, and save stunning images effortlessly.
Built for both Android and iOS, the app focuses on speed, usability, and an aesthetically pleasing UI, ensuring users get a smooth and engaging browsing experience.

Challenge
                                Creating a wallpaper app may sound simple, but ensuring fast performance, high-quality
                                image rendering, and a smooth user experience posed some key challenges:
                                
Efficient Image Handling: Large image files needed to be optimized and cached to
                                prevent
                                slow loading times.
                                
Seamless UI & UX: The app required a visually engaging and easy-to-navigate
                                interface.
                                
Smooth Animations: To enhance interactivity, scroll-based animations and transitions
                                had
                                to be implemented efficiently.
                                
Offline Support: Users should be able to access downloaded wallpapers without an
                                internet connection.
                            
Storytelling & Design
                                Wallpapers are more than just backgrounds—they reflect a user’s mood, style, and
                                personality. With this in mind, I set out to build Wallz, ensuring that every
                                interaction in the app felt intuitive and immersive.
                                
From the start, I focused on fast loading speeds, responsive gestures, and an elegant
                                design. The browsing experience had to be fluid, allowing users to explore, like, and
                                download wallpapers with minimal effort.
                                
I also integrated features like favorites, categories, and a dark mode, making it a
                                truly personalized experience. By implementing intelligent caching and optimization
                                techniques, I ensured that users could browse without lag and enjoy high-resolution
                                images effortlessly.
